General Characteristics
Carbon black HY-YÖNTEK is manufactured by gasification of
heavy petroleum residues by partial oxidation in Shell reactors.
It is produced in the form of pellets of size (0,5 - 2,5)
mm.
Product is not classified as dangerous according to EC Directives.
Application
Carbon black HY-YÖNTEK is made in two sorts: A and B. Both
are suitable mostly for modification of conductance and
heat conductivity in plastic and rubber, due to their high
specific surface and high poresity.
A+: electrically conductive and electromagnetic plastics'
treatment
A: electrically conductive, electromagnetic and thermally
conductive treatment of plastics, rubbers, etc.; pigments
for colours, paints, plastics' and rubbers' dying
B: liquidation of heavy oil residues, semi-rigid and elastic
wastes, reclamation of pipelines, product pipelines and
their technological equipment, detoxication of industrial
waste water, cleaning of waste waters with recirculation
into production process, removal of hydrocarbons and their
derivates, conservation of dangerous and harmful matters
till decision regarding their liquidation procedure is made;
high level of soot basic particles' aggregation and possibility
to form the high secondary structure is used for conducting
and thermal treatment of plastics and elastomers. |
Quality
Packaging, Storing and Transportation
Carbon black HY-YÖNTEK is delivered in 5 kg polyethylene bags layed in number 36 on wooden pallets. After agreement between manufacturer and customer the material can also be delivered in bags, or in big bags. Carbon black HY-YÖNTEK is stored in dry covered storehouse, protected against direct sunlight.
